At Gents by Elegante, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
All return or exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition and have all original tags attached.

Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong or a damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

No Refunds
Gents by Elegante does not offer refunds. Approved returns may only be exchanged for another available item, subject to our return conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, altered, or returned without their original tags may not be accepted.

Exchange Delivery Costs
The customer may be responsible for delivery or transportation costs associated with an exchange, unless the wrong or damaged item was caused by an error on our part.
